Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through Reset Session, operated by Mark Lee Jr & Co.

1. Digital Products

Digital products, including ebooks, downloads, recordings, trainings, workbooks, AI-guided resources, and digital programs, are generally non-refundable once purchased, accessed, downloaded, or delivered.

2. Memberships and Community Access

Membership fees for The Reset Circle or related communities are non-refundable once the billing period begins.

You may cancel future billing according to the cancellation process shown at checkout or inside the platform. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund past charges.

3. 1:1 Reset Sessions

1:1 Reset Sessions are coaching and personal-development sessions, not therapy.

Rescheduling:

You may reschedule one time if you provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Late Cancellation:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may not be eligible for refund.

No-Show:

If you do not show up for your scheduled session, the session is considered used and is non-refundable.

4. Workshops, Book Readings, and Live Events

Workshops, book readings, and live events are non-refundable once access details, recordings, materials, or event links have been delivered.

If we cancel or reschedule an event, we may offer a new date, account credit, or refund at our discretion.

5. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us within 7 days at [Insert Support Email]. We may issue a refund for the duplicate purchase after review.

6. Payment Plans

If a payment plan is offered, you are responsible for completing all payments unless stated otherwise in writing. Missed payments may result in loss of access.

7. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge without contacting us first, your access may be paused while the dispute is reviewed.

8. No Guaranteed Results

Refunds are not provided because of lack of personal results. Reset Session provides coaching, education, guidance, and resources, but outcomes are not guaranteed.
