1. What Reset Session Is

2. What Reset Session Is Not

Reset Session is not therapy.

Reset Session is not medical care.

Reset Session does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health condition, medical condition, addiction, trauma, or crisis.

Reset Session is not a substitute for licensed therapy, counseling, medical care, psychiatric care, emergency care, or crisis support.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Reset Session. By using the platform, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

4. Account Registration

5. Reset Assessment and Results

The Reset Assessment, Reset Path, Reset Style, and Reset Readiness Score are for coaching, education, reflection, and personal growth. They are not clinical evaluations, diagnoses, or medical assessments.

Your results are meant to help guide you toward possible next steps, such as book days, trainings, The Reset Circle, coaching sessions, or other resources.

6. AI Guide

Reset Guide AI is an AI-powered reflection tool. It is not Mark Lee Jr., not a therapist, not a doctor, and not a crisis counselor. AI responses may be imperfect or incomplete. You should not rely on AI responses as professional, medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice.

7. Sessions and Coaching

Any Reset Session, coaching call, workshop, book reading, or community support offered through Reset Session is coaching and personal-development support only. It is not licensed therapy or medical treatment.

8. Licensed Care Referrals

Reset Session may in the future provide referrals or links to licensed professionals. Any licensed care provider is independent and responsible for their own services, licensing, advice, treatment, privacy practices, and professional obligations. Reset Session does not guarantee provider availability, outcomes, or suitability.

9. Payments

Paid products or services may include books, digital products, workshops, memberships, coaching sessions, community access, or other offers. Prices may change at any time. Payment terms are shown at checkout.

10. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. By purchasing, you agree to that policy.

11. Testimonials

If you submit a testimony, review, comment, screenshot, video, or message and give permission to share it, you allow Mark Lee Jr & Co. to use it for marketing, educational, promotional, and community purposes. We may edit for length or clarity without changing the meaning.

12. Community Conduct

You agree not to harass, threaten, abuse, exploit, spam, impersonate others, post illegal content, or disrupt the platform. We may remove content or restrict access if we believe conduct violates our standards.
